Hello friends and welcome to my website! My name is Lisa Westervelt, and I am a stained glass artist located in Ewing, NJ. Here, you will discover what I do with my spare time (and some time I don't have to spare  ).Please use the SLIDE OUT Links bar to your left to navigate my website. Each and every piece is unique in a way that only hand made stained glass can be. Each piece of glass within the pattern is traced on to the glass, cut with a glass cutter, ground and shaped with a wet saw until it is true to the original pattern. Then it is foiled and, finally, once every piece has been through this process, it is reassembled (like a puzzle) and soldered. I use 60/40 lead solder unless otherwise specified or requested. Most of the designs are my own original artwork. Making the patterns from original artwork is a process all in itself. I hope you enjoy what you see as much as I enjoy each step in their creation.
